Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the uninstalled part in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to RMSTATOR
Affix your return label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
